I had a mixed experience at this resort. The weather was lovely and the property itself is beautifully landscaped with great amenities like pools and a private beach. However, I faced significant issues with my room reservations and cleanliness, which took a toll on my overall enjoyment. On the plus side, the dining options nearby were fantastic, and the shuttle service was quick and responsive.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The premium suite was spacious and clean with great amenities, but I faced some issues with service availability during my stay. While the location was fantastic with easy access to the beach, it was disappointing that the spa was closed and many dining options were limited. Overall, it feels like a great place with potential, but some services did not meet expectations.
During my stay, I found the accommodations somewhat disappointing. The Villas I stayed in felt very dated and could use some serious renovations. However, I enjoyed the amazing spa experience and the overall resort atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, especially the rude interaction with the staff during check-out.
I recently attended a conference at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The conference area was spacious and easily accessible. I stayed in a villa with a beautiful view of the lake, which added a nice touch to my stay. However, there were a few service hiccups that would have improved my experience significantly. Despite these issues, the staff responded quickly when I needed additional supplies, which I appreciated.
Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. We faced several issues from the very start, including an unclean room that did not meet our specific requirements. We also experienced significant problems with hot water and outdated facilities. Despite the spa being a pleasant experience, the rest of our stay did not justify the price we paid, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.
